With heavy hearts, we announce the death of David A. Jones (Syracuse, New York), who passed away on November 23, 2024 at the age of 71. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As David departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though David may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy David leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his brother Warren; and his son David A. Jones Jr.. He is survived by: his sister Sharon Mitchell of Syracuse, NY; his daughters, Devinia of Syracuse, NY and Toni Jones of Syracuse, NY; his grandchildren, Dazshe, Manuel Ocasio, Nadia Nipper, Isaiah Bedoar and Promise Jones; and his great grandchildren, Samaya and Demecco.
A memorial service was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Farone & Son Inc. Funeral Home (1500 Park St, Syracuse, NY 13208).
