He was predeceased by: his father William E. Gary; and his brothers, William Gary and Ricky Tourat. He is survived by: his mother Lottie Gary; his children, LaToya Gary, Darold, Jr., Jazmine Gary and Joy Gary; and his siblings, Veronica Kearse (Henry), Bridgette Gary, Brenda Betsey (Ted), Elizah Gary (Paula), Christopher Gary, Frank Jones and Daryl West. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
