He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo C. Parker, Sr. and Shirley Parker (Rockwell); his siblings, Mary Lawrence (James) of Pulaski, Leo Parker, Jr. of Syracuse, Thomas Parker (Bonnie) of Chaumont, Deborah Hills (Timothy) of Chaumont and Dennis Parker of Syracuse; and his pet Duke.
He is survived by: his siblings, Sandra Mooney (David) of Manlius, Connie Ballard of Las Vegas, NV, Ronald Parker (Suzanne) of Dexter, David Parker (Linda) of North Syracuse and Donald Parker (Valorie) of Nedrow. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
