He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Carmichael and Katherine Carmichael; and his former wife Barbara. He is survived by: his wife Kay; his children, Tom (Kelly), Tim Carmichael (Clare), Kelly Wheeler (Mark), Carrie Carmichael and Kristen Perlas (Romeo); his stepchildren, Rob Wilkins and Janice McMahon (Dennis); his grandchildren, Katie, Sara, Brian, Kristen, Alexandra and Stephanie; his stepgrandchildren, Riley and Brody McMahon; his sisters, Meredith Blewett and Carol Vollmer; and his pet Missy. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and many good friends.
