She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Grace Brown (Gates) and Dr. Wendell V. Brown; her husband Evan O'Neill "Tom" Kane III; her siblings, Barbara Ann Brown and Dr. Wendell V. Brown, Jr. (Marianna); and her children, Amy Phelps (Mike), Linda Batts (Jeff), Kiki Hagemeister (Robert) and Andrew Kane (Holly).
