We are sad to announce that on October 28, 2023, Constance M. Stoddard (Syracuse, New York), born in Oswego, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Charles W. Stoddard. She is survived by: her sister-in-law Nancy Hughes of Watertown; and her friends, Bob and Karen Toper of North Carolina. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Fairmount Community Church UCC, 126 S. Terry Rd., Syracuse, NY 13219.
