It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Concetta Sanderson of Syracuse, New York, who passed away on February 10, 2022, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Vincenzo Riviezzo and Rosina Riviezzo (Mecciarella); her husband Willard Sanderson; and her sisters, Theresa, Anne, Julia and Kate.

She is survived by: her children, Patricia Cadin (John) of Syracuse and Willard Sanderson (Birdie) of Black Mountain, NC; her grandchildren, Kristen Gadsden (David), Colleen Cadin and Lauren Sanderson; and her great grandchildren, Brianna and Maddison Gadsden. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

It was always delightful to be with your Mom and Dad either visiting at their house or the many times that they were at our house. We will truly miss the visits that we had over the years. Now you Mom and Dad are reunited again. They were such a loving couple. I will always treasure the times spent with them.”
