He was predeceased by: his parents, Ann Sr. and Claude E. Hines, Sr.; and his brother Steven Hines. He is survived by: his children, Doryce Kearse of Syracuse, Donnette Buie (Henry) of Concord, NC and Derrick Dixie (Cynthia) of Atlanta, GA; and his aunt Ann Norrington of Jamaica, NY. He is also survived by several grandchildren; great-grandchildren.
