She was predeceased by: her parents, James McNamara and Anna Slattery McNamara; her husband Edward; her children, James, Robert, Timothy and Claire; and her sister Winifred Thornton Gates.
She is survived by: her children, Marcia (Philip Horan), Kathleen and Richard (Catherine); her grandchildren, Ryan (Rekha), Corey, Claire and Marissa; and her great grandchildren, Taj and Niam. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews and many loving friends.
A gift in her memory may be made to Hospice of Central New York or the National Kidney Foundation.
