She was predeceased by: her parents, Dr. Joseph Lukaszewicz and Maria Lukaszewicz; her son Alexander Nelson Ortiz; and her nephew Matthews Lukaszewicz. She is survived by: her brother Dr. John Lukaszewicz of Fort Edward, NY; her nephew Michael Lukaszewicz; and her great-nephews, Miles Lukaszewicz of Brooklyn, NY and Dylan Lukaszewicz of Corporal, U. S.
