She was predeceased by: her parents, Pheng Lee and Phomma Lee. She is survived by: her husband Cha Ger Yang; her children, Crystal (Mong Vang), Jonathan (Teena Yang), Timothy (Betty Yang), Mychael (Foua Yang) and Amber (Kuh Chang); her grandchildren, Sean Yang, Alyssa Vang, Gavin Yang, Taylor Yang, Chloe Vang, Feyona Yang, Evelyn Yang, Ellie Vang, Roy Chang, Gwendalyn Yang, Chelsea Vang, Mychelle Yang, Miles Yang and Parker Chang; her stepmother Chao Thao Lee; and her siblings, Lymay (Chong Chou Ku), Matrix (Chente Lee), Alex (Jasmine Lee), Nhia (Patrick Clarke), Pahoua Lee, Mousa (Mao Lee), Shoua (Chong Lee) and Mouda (See Lee). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

She endured over a month-long battle with COVID-19.
