She was predeceased by: her parents, Doreen Davis (Billing) and Joseph Mika; her brother Darrly J. Mika; and her grandmother Pauline Chrisjohn. She is survived by: her children, Carl Hayes (Sarah), Jamie Mika, Paulette Dean and Linnie Brown; her sisters, Marilyn J. Mika (Anthony Raymond), Shelia Gibson and Susan Mika (Johnny Dubose); her aunt Loretta Harris; and her friend Susie Onarosa. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren and several nieces, nephews, cousins.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 23rd 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the A. Dewitt Memorial Funeral Home (4612 S Salina St, Syracuse, NY 13205). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 23rd 2024 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at the Memorial Funeral Home (4612 S Salina St, Syracuse, NY 13205). A burial was held on Tuesday, April 23rd 2024 from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM at the St. Mary's Cemetery (4100 E Genesee St, Syracuse, NY 13214).
