It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Catherine Margaret (Meagher) James (Syracuse, New York), born in Ogdensburg, New York, who passed away on August 7, 2019, at the age of 101, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Lawrence; her parents, Ed and Josie; and her son Larry James. She is survived by: her children, Jo Ann Berrong (Nik) of Ft. Collins, CO, Nancy Zanoni (David) of Syracuse, Mary Lou Lake (Robert) of Syracuse, Robert James (Linda) of Syracuse and Rev. David James of Syracuse; and her daughter-in-law Carole James of Syracuse. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; many nieces, nephews and cousins; and canine companion.
