She was predeceased by: her parents, Antonio and Teresa Lombardi (Ciarla); her husband Charles; and her sister Patsy Lombardi. She is survived by: her children, Charles Baracco (Karen Ann) and Teresa Condon (Keith); her grandchildren, Nicole Nettune (Scott), Charles Baracco (Lindsey), Michael Baracco (Charlotte), Aubrey Lockwood (Craig), Andrew Condon and Brianna Bengert (Ben); her great grandchildren, Bennett, Lara, Charlie Nettune, Isla, Laney, Esmae, Arthur and Hadley Baracco; and her siblings, Dominick Lombardi (Laurianna) and Patricia Relyea. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to Francis House, 108 Michaels Ave, Syracuse, NY 13208.

“I can only remember all the good times we had, bowling, picnics at my house each summer. We had a lot of bowling trips, and a great time. I only saw her twice a year when I delivered her the polenta tickets, I would sit and talk with her about all the fun we had. Going to miss her next month to deliver her the tickets. Love Carolyn G”
