She was predeceased by: her husband Charles A. Puzzullo; and her siblings, Rocky, Joseph, Louis, Jack, William, Albert Carbone and Katherine Bucci.
She is survived by: her son Charles L. (Wilma Puzzullo); her grandchildren, Charles, Caryn and Jonathan Puzzullo; her great grandchild Frank Puzzullo; and her sisters, Corrine Hoffman of Liverpool and Grace Marie Roberts of Syracuse. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
