She is survived by: her parent Robert Welch; her children, Deborah, Colleen, William, Stephen and Daniel; her brothers, David, Harry and Robert; and also Harry DeWallace. She is also survived by her many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Carolyn A. Casey, 78, of Syracuse passed away peacefully surrounded by love ones on July 1, 2018 after a long battle with Alzheimer's disease.
