It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carol Lynn Kennedy of Syracuse, New York, born in Troy, New York, who passed away on February 14, 2022, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth E. Kennedy, and Lydia Kennedy, Sr. (Horak); and her brother Kenneth Kennedy, Jr. (Carol). She is survived by: her children, Tamera Winks, Jr. (John), Mark Barrett (Jennifer) and Kris Smith (David); and her grandchildren, Adam Tiff, Alicia Manske, Jaden Winks, Dylan Barrett, Kaleigh Barrett, Lisa Lipton and Noah Smith.
