It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Carmella J. Maurillo of Syracuse, New York, who passed away on November 3, 2021, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Rosaria Maurillo (Clavelli) and Antonio Maurillo; her siblings, Pearl Toteda, Susan Ceretto, Antoinette Jacob, Constance Aversa and John; and her sister-in-law Mary Maurillo.
She is survived by: her daughter Rosmarie Pajack (John); her granddaughters, Sydney and Britney Pajack (Lawrence Graser); her great grandchildren, Natalia and Giuliana; and her stepgreat-grandchildren, Preston and Harleigh. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Carmella's name may be made to The Maurillo Family Garden at The Saint Marianne Cope Shrine and Museum, 601 N. Townsend St. Syracuse, NY 13203.
