He is survived by: his parents, Ann Payne, (Stambaugh) and Brody Payne, Sr.; his sisters, Jennifer and Mindy Silipo (Adam); his niece Angela Tombs; his nephews, Carmen Silipo (Monise), Matthew Malorzo and Dominic Silipo; and his great-niece Agatha Silipo (Marianna). He is also survived by several loving aunts, uncles, cousins and extended family.
