He was predeceased by: his mother Elvira Cooke; and his brother Francis Cook Jr.. He is survived by: his close friend Agnes St Dennis; his children, Brian Jr. Phillips (Maritza), Peggy Taylor (Rob), Robert De Shane, Carol Ann Sustache (Sam), Erwin Webster (Emily), Jason and Aaron St Dennis; his father Arthur Phillips; and his siblings, Cheryl Phillips (Irwin), Todd Phillips, Vernon Cooke, Brad Cooke (Megan), Wennik Johnson, Joel Haley, Eddie Cathers and Laboy Jacobs. He is also survived by 21 grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
