He is survived by: his wife Nicole "Coley"; his pet Khaleesi; his parents, Randy Cook and Patricia Cook; his brothers, Aaron Cook of Plattsburgh and Tyler Cook (Alyssa) of Vermont; his grandparents, Patrick and Andrea Dwyer; his nephew Dacks; his niece Cora; and his close friend Aaron Dodds. He is also survived by 14 aunts and uncles, and 16 cousins.
