She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Bolen and Violet Bolen (George Kulick). She is survived by: her significant other George Kulick; and her children, George Kulick (Brenda), John Kulick (Leslie), NJ, Steven Kulick, Katherine Kulick, Edward Kulick (Elsa), Pennington and Karen Marvin (Curt). She is also survived by nine grandchildren, one great grandchild and many nieces and nephews.
