She was predeceased by: her husband John "Jack" Banuski; her parents, George Stevens and Lena E. Ihle Stevens; her son John D. Banuski; and her brother George O. Stevens.
She is survived by: her son Gary S. Banuski (Louise) of Syracuse. She is also survived by 2 grandsons, 6 great grandchildren and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
