She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Belson Tarbell and Josephine Tarbell; her siblings, Renee and David; her husband Randy; her children, Michele White (Donavan Gishie), Owen, Eric White, Wray Smoke (Jessica), Randy Jr., Natalie, Jessie, Shelby and Nick Neu; and her siblings, Denise, Virginia, April, Juanita, Sonya, Philip, Alex, Jon, Larry, Sonny and Many. She was also cherished by Many Nieces, Nephews and cousins.
