It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Barbara Omicinski of Syracuse, New York, who passed away on February 4, 2025, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Omicinski and Julia Omicinski; her significant other Fritz Kucinski; and her siblings, John and Suzanne. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Hollis Funeral Home (1105 W Genesee St, Syracuse, NY 13204). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Tuesday, February 11th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Transfiguration Church (740 Teall Ave, Syracuse, NY 13206). A burial was held on Tuesday, February 11th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Woodlawn Cemetery (800 Grant Blvd, Syracuse, NY 13203).
