It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara J. Kappesser of Syracuse, New York, born in Auburn, New York, who passed away on January 3, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Wawro and Stella Wawro (Walawender); her husband Robert L. Kappesser; her sister Monica Moochler; and her nephew Nick Moochler.
She is survived by: her children, Cindy Peer (Tom) of Camillus and Bob Kappesser (Melissa) of Williamsburg, VA; her grandchildren, Sarah, Tommy, Chris, Kyndra, Paityn, Maiya and Zach; her niece Amy Komanecky; and her close friend Kindergarten. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
