It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Antoinette Polichemi (Syracuse, New York), born in Jersey City, New Jersey, who passed away on March 2, 2019, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her siblings, Rachel Contey and Frank Lucia. She is survived by: her husband Hugo; and her daughters, Ruthanne Moore (Rick) of Syracuse, Naomi Cook (Raymond) and Rebecca Dusart (Thomas) of Camillus. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
Antoinette will be laid to rest in Onondaga County Veterans Memorial Cemetery.In lieu of flowers, contributions in honor of Anotinette's great-granddaughter Evie may be made to the American Heart Association of Western New York at http://www.heart.org.
