He was predeceased by: his parents, Antonio Mattiaccio and Luisa Mattiaccio (Merola); and his daughter Louisa Mary Mattiacio. He is survived by: his wife Mary Margaret Hall (Peggy); his children, Karen Ann Labbate, Anthony James Mattiacio (Nancy), Dr. Michael David Mattiacio and Dr. Brian Louis Mattiacio (Jonelle); and his siblings, Michael and Rose Bonk. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to St Jude's, a charity very dear to Tony's heart or to the Parkinson's Foundation in Tony's honor. Tony struggled with Parkinson's Disease for the past 10 years, and his family would love to see a cure discovered for this disease.
