She was predeceased by: her parents, Anne Barry and James Barry; her daughter Frances; and her siblings, Mick Barry, Noreen Barry and Mary Carey of Syracuse.
She is survived by: her husband Peter Congel of Syracuse; her children, Maureen, Patricia (Tyler), Anne Marie (Doug), Kathleen (John), Colleen (Dan) and Tony (Erin); her grandchildren, Ryan Bloom (Melanie), Morgan Bloom (Ryder), Eric Orcutt (Kiran), Brittany Orcutt, Jack, Maggie Dalgety, Mairead, Aine, Seamus McIntyre, Brayden and Emmett Congel; her great grandchild Andrew Bloom; and her siblings, Kathleen Barry, Judy Campbell of England, Margaret Halpenny (Tom) of California, Seamus Barry (Noreen) of Drombane, Thurles and Ireland. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Anne may be made to St Patrick's Church, 216 N. Lowell Ave, Syracuse, NY 13204.
