She was predeceased by: her parents, Stephen Erwin and Barbara Erwin; and her siblings, Stephen, Richard and Irene Erwin.
She is survived by: her husband Joseph Hubert; her children, Catherine Hubert (John Wirth), Joseph M. and David Hubert (Frederica); and her grandson Daniel James. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
