He is survived by: his children, Kathleen Topley (Scott Somers) of Oswego and Angelo Caracci of Fulton; and his brother Dominick Caracci (Beverly) of Tully. He is also survived by four grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
