She was predeceased by: her parents, Felix Lewicki and Anna Lewicki; her husband Anthony R. Jastrem; and her siblings, Jean, Bernie, John, Peter, Frank, Stanley and Edward.
She is survived by: her daughter Karen Kirkman (Ken); her grandchildren, Rev. Kenneth Kirkman, Matthew, Kathleen and Rev. Kenneth R. Kirkman; and also, Linda, Tesla, Mindy and Maddie. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
