Alexander Ogletree Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Alexander Ogletree of Syracuse, New York, who passed away on January 16, 2024 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Mack Calloway and Lillian Willis; and his grandparents, Sharena Dowdell and Albert Willis. He is survived by: his children, Chris Ogletree of Syracuse, Rodney Ogletree of Syracuse, Bonita Ogletree of Auburn, Alabama, Marie Ogletree of Auburn, Alabama and Collette Byrd (Dave) of Auburn, Alabama; and his siblings, Ricky Turk, Janette Turk, Tommie Turk, Joe D. Turk (Shirley), Judy Clearance Manley, Willie May Porter (John), Dildra Richinson (Tommie), Cynthia Vaugh (Robert), Steven Calloway (Yolanda) and Jonathan Calloway (Mary). He is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
