He was predeceased by: his sister Sylvia. He is survived by: his significant other Carolyn Sandstrom; his daughters, Laurie and Nancy; his son-in-law Patrick; his brother Herman; and his sister-in-law Paula. He is also survived by relatives and life-long friends.
