He is survived by: his wife Karen Macyczyko; his daughters, Kristi Applebee Sweeting and Stephanie Applebee; his siblings, Carolyn Clarke, June Haley and Michael Clarke; his grandchildren, Chelsie Sweeting, Nicole Miller, Kaycilynn Sweeting, Tyler and Khloe Burnell; his great grandchildren, Eulices and Jehlani; and his nephew Alex Clarke.
