He was predeceased by: his mother Delois Sarah Stroud; and also Delois Sarah Stroud. He is survived by: his father Larry James Williams, Sr.; his children, Jamesia Polizzi, James Earl Williams, Jr. and Jada Lynn Williams of Swan Lake, NY.; his siblings, Connie Dupree of Monroe, NY, Larry James Williams, Jr. of Brooklyn, NY, Christian Giles, Darrius Laron Williams, Sr. and Michelle Delain Wilson; his grandchild Quincy Lorin Daniels; his nieces and nephews, Norman De'Von Dupree Jr., Larry James Williams III, Kwamane Cottle, Tiara Wilson and Jahne Bolden; his in-laws, Dean Polizzi, Norman Dupree Sr. and Trina Williams; and his siblings, Danya and Damon Matthews. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 5th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Hannemann Funeral Home, Inc. (88 S Broadway, Nyack, NY 10960).
