She was predeceased by: her parents, Gilbert Smith and Ada Mae Banks Smith; and her daughter Donna Packard. She is survived by: her children, Robin Green (John) of Milford, PA, Gaylean Millsaps (Robert) of Athens, TN and Harry Hinkley of Swan Lake, NY; and her siblings, Esther Glassford and Douglas Knutt. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; several great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren.
