She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Emmett Hart and Elizabeth Mary Gildea Hart; her daughter Colleen; her sister Christie Hart Rodriguez; and her son Patrick Robert Nolan.
She is survived by: her husband Michael Nolan; her children, Andrew Nolan (Beth Ann Nolan) and Moira Grace Nolan (Richard Ficarrotta); her siblings, Bernard John Hart, Kathleen Malone Hart and Margaret "Peggy" Ellen Hart; her granddaughters, Hannah Rosemary Nolan, Fiona Christie Ficarrotta and Freya Anne Ficarrotta; her brother-in-law Luis Rodriguez; and her caregivers, Lynn McCrann, Lynn Ellmers, Debbie Stemp and Sharon Dingman. She is also survived by several nephews and nieces, as well as grandnieces, grandnephews and cousins.
