He was predeceased by: his parent Consuelo Ortiz. He is survived by: his parent Francisco Ortiz; his wife Esther Ortiz; his daughter Jazmin (Mark Coyle); his grandchildren, Alexis Coyle and Ryan Coyle; his daughter Karen Vidal; his grandchildren, Nancy Vidal and Tony Vidal; his children, Jose, Maryann, Anthony and Steven; and his grandchildren, Joyce, Nora, Austin and Madison.
In lieu of flowers and as an expression of sympathy, memorial contributions may be sent to the Wounded Warrior Project in Tony's memory, honor and service with the United States Army.
