Sandra DeMurley Obituary
We are sad to announce that on June 27, 2021 we had to say goodbye to Sandra DeMurley of Suffern, New York. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She is survived by: her sons, James Cummings and Christian Cummins; her granddaughter Alexandra Cummings; and her stepchildren, Harry Cummings, Michael Cummings, Brian DeMurley, Cherie Harrison and Bonnie Fleming. She is also survived by seven step-grandchildren.
She went on to write for the Rutgers University Foundation and freelance for several publications. She received reporting awards from the New Jersey Press Association, the American Cancer Society, New Jersey Press Women, the National Federation of Press Women and the National Ski Patrol System.
