He was predeceased by: his parents, Rose Mazzei and Paul Mazzei. He is survived by: his wife Holly; his children, Dakota, Heather, Paul and Robert; his grandchildren, Leo and Luna; and his sisters, Dena, Denise and Patricia. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
