He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Zavoski and Ann Zavoski of Mahwah; and his siblings, Ann (Honey), Virginia (Ginger), Daniel and John (Jackie).

He is survived by: his wife Marian A. Zavoski; his sons, Michael C. Zavoski, Jr. (Nan S. Zavoski) and Andrew P. Zavoski; and his siblings, Joseph (Bev), Jean, Patricia (Leon), Dorothy (Don) and JoAnn (Dave).

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Homeless Veterans.
