She was predeceased by: her mother Barbara S. Mann; and her brother Paul M. Mann Jr.. She is survived by: her close friend Jerry Degroat III; her father Paul M Mann; her siblings, Edward S. Mann and Joyce A. Silvestre; her brother-in-law Manuel Silvestre Sr.; and her children, Rodney J. Mann, Paul M. Mann, Keith J. Mann, Amber L. Mann and Savannah S. Mann. She is also survived by six grandchildren.
