She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Chaffee and Grace Chaffee; her former husband Hank; her son Carl Thomas; and her grandson Jesse.

She is survived by: her husband Henry 'Hank' Beukema; and her sons, Hank of Pomona, NY and Mark of Newark, NJ. She is also survived by two sister-in-law and several nieces and nephews.

Donations in lieu of flowers may be made to Grace Baptist Church, PO Box 576, Nanuet, NY 10954 or Operation Christmas Child, Boone, NC.
