She was predeceased by: her parents, John Reynolds and Virginia Reynolds (Sullivan); her husband John "Jack" Devine; her brother Kevin Reynolds; and her niece Jillian Lackowitz.

She is survived by: her siblings, Mary Lackowitz and Timothy Reynolds; her daughter Kristin Devine; her son-in-law Ruben Villagran; and her grandchildren, Jackie and Ruben.

In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made in her honor to New Paltz Rescue Squad emergency rescue service in Ulster County.
