He is survived by: his significant other Teiko; his siblings, Tony Gulla, Thomas Gulla (Lori), Timothy Gulla (Pamela), Grace Japhet (David) and Susan Gulla Dispensa; his nephews, Brad Gulla, Bryan Housand and Vince Warren of North Carolina; and his niece Lori.
