It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jayne H. Weitz of Suffern, New York, born in Manhattan, New York, who passed away on January 28, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ada Forman and David Forman. She is survived by: her husband Michael; her children, Bari Suman (John) and Matthew Weitz; her sister Barbara Kahn (Robert); her grandchildren, Lindsay, Lexi Suman, Josh and Mason Weitz; and her nieces and nephews, Vicki Isakow, Jamie Colabelli, Avi Rose, Carnie Rose, Kliel Rose and Adira Knopf. She is also survived by Her kids, grandkids and family.

Donations to be made to the charity of their choice and condolences may be offered to Michael Weitz 45 Bon-Aire Circle, Suffern, NY 10901.
