She was predeceased by: her parents, Patrick Farrell and Mary Farrell; her husband Francis O'Hara; her daughter Kathleen O'Hara Cogar; her grandson Brian Hansen; and her siblings, Joseph, James Farrell and Catherine Hunt.
She is survived by: her children, Barbara Hansen (Henry), Mark O'Hara (Meri Ann), Mary Hahn (Matthew) and Patricia Griffin (Robert). She is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 38 Great-grandchildren, 4 Great-great- grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
