Derivan (Phyllis); her brother Andrew Worysz; her granddaughters, Bonnie (Matthew), Emily (Sean), Angela (Sam), Jessica (Terran) and Dawn (Ryan); and her great grandchildren, Lorelai, Eliza, Amelia, Benjamin, Sebastian and Sarah. She is also survived by Cousins, nieces, and nephews.
