He is survived by: his mother Rosemarie Stevens Gesner; his son Cory Gates Gesner (Kimberly Morgan) of Sloatsburg, NY; his siblings, Carolyn Tripoli (Bob Milardo), Linda Burns (Tom Powell), Debra Bennie of South Carolina and James Gesner of Middletown, NY; and his nephews, TJ Burns of Oklahoma and Matt Bennie of South Carolina.
